About the Football Gal

I'm a gal who likes football and who likes to write about football. I'm a Texas A&M fan and a Green Bay Packer fan (weird combination, I know, long story). You can expect this blog to reflect those biases, but I do take requests; just email me.

Expect me to be biased in favor of:
  • Texas A&M
  • the University of Tennessee (Mr. Football Gal's alma mater)
  • Mike Leach, whom I find insane and hilarious, and can now embrace my semi-ironic affection for now that he's no longer coaching at Texas Tech (see below)
  • John Elway (should the topic ever come up)
  • punters (The importance of punters is criminally underrated.  A great punter is the key to great field position, people!)
Never expect me to say anything nice about:
  • Brett Favre
  • Lane Kiffin
  • Dennis Franchione
  • Texas Tech (officially, I care more about my team beating that team from Austin, but I just hate Texas Tech, is all)
  • Jay Cutler
  • the BCS
And I'm sure I'll continue to add things I hate as they occur to me.
